1) The customer confirms that the container is in every way fit to be handled and the corner castings are in condition according the standard ISO measurements . The customer will hold MTC harmless for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with damages caused by the fact that the tank is not in that condition as meant that have not been made known to MTC.

2) When handling your equipment our drivers will make a note of clearly visible damage to a tank on the interchange report, this with exception of the bottom and on the upside of the tankcontainer. Failure to do so can never result in any claim to MTC arising out or in connection with this failure.Please find the full conditions in the links below:
